Aluminum Chain
This aluminum chain is made of a series of links connected by small loops of welding rod. Due to the different radii at either end of the chain links, the length of the chain changes depending on which side it is held by.
Ideation
The studies leading up to the final chain show my interest in playing with hinges and motion.
